Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. In St. Catharines, Ontario, Niagara Region, April 2012. This is the same field as the recent Tulip Festival images. The orchard is gone, but the floral crops continue every year. It seems nostalgic to see this beautiful daffodil display.

I am a gardener and photographer living in Grimsby in the heart of the Niagara Peninsula, amongst vineyards and orchards, and of course, the great Niagara Escarpment which makes Niagara Falls. We have a rich visual world. I look to bring out beauty in the ordinary. I am attracted to flowers and gardens, but also to peeling paint and rust where abstracts can be created.
